Northlands literally sparkles at Christmas time! Take the time to look around and up to get a big dose of Christmas wonder.  From oversized baubles to twinkling lights, a gingerbread house and Christmas trees, we’ve gone all-out to light up your Christmastime – and your Insta feed too!

There’s something really magical about live performances  – especially at Christmas. Get your dose of warm fuzzies with community performances by the Christchurch City Chorus, Promenade Quartet and the Salvation Army Band.

Whatever your favourite flavour, you’ll find it here and keeping fed and hydrated is key to a Christmas mission that is fun as well as functional. Plan your strategy over breakfast at a café (we love Muffin Break, Colosseum Coffee and The Coffee Club) or eat and drink on the move with tasty treats from Tank or NZ Natural. Finish off the day (or kick off a bit of late-night shopping) with dinner at Langdons Quarter home to Lonestar, Ippin Ramen & Bowl , Nando’s, Sushi Express, Sal’s Pizza and more. Whether you’re short on time, low on pressie-packaging motivation or just want to support the fantastic work our charity partners The Canterbury Cancer Centre, Heart Kids Canterbury and St John Youth do all year round, head to our giftwrapping booths to get the season all wrapped up. Find giftwrapping booths wherever you are – near The Warehouse and The Body Shop. The volunteers see a huge range of gifts so ask them for their favourite festive finds.
